Software subscriptions, cloud licenses (such as Microsoft 365), cloud phone plans, and hardware (such as Cisco Meraki equipment) are purchased separately unless explicitly stated in writing.
We help you select, procure, configure, and manage these technologies — but ownership and licensing remain with the customer.

Users vs. Non-User Assets
This plan includes up to 10 core users.
A core user includes:
• A managed computer (laptop or desktop)
• A Microsoft 365 account
• Ongoing IT support and security management
The following non-user assets are included at no additional charge when connected to the managed network:
• Guest Wi-Fi and visitor devices
• IoT and operational systems
• Network printers and peripherals
• Shared systems such as conference rooms or kiosks
Network Stack Coverage
Standard network coverage included in this plan:
• 1 firewall / security appliance (Cisco Meraki MX, sized appropriately)
• Up to 2 managed switches
• Up to 5 wireless access points
• Secure VPN access for remote users
• Unlimited printers and peripherals
• Full network documentation including topology, VLANs, and SSIDs
Network hardware is purchased separately. Monitoring, management, and documentation are included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?
No. Microsoft 365 licenses are purchased separately and remain owned by the customer. ZCONNECT manages configuration, security, onboarding, and ongoing administration.
Is Cisco Meraki hardware included?
No. Network hardware such as firewalls, switches, and access points are purchased separately. ZCONNECT assists with selection, procurement, configuration, and ongoing management.
Do you support onsite requests?
Yes. This service includes both remote and onsite support. Onsite visits are scheduled based on urgency and location.
Can we add more users as our company grows?
As your team grows beyond 10 users, your organization will transition to our Managed IT Services (11–25 Users) plan.
This ensures continued service quality, appropriate infrastructure sizing, and predictable pricing as your business scales.
ZCONNECT will guide you through the transition and ensure a smooth, disruption-free upgrade.
Is this a long-term contract?
This plan is designed for small teams with straightforward IT environments.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee that covers proactive support, monitoring, security management, and IT administration for up to 10 core users.
