Purchases and services from ZCONNECT LLC are governed by our Service Terms.

In summary:

• Services are delivered under an approved estimate, proposal, or written agreement.
• Hardware, software licenses, and subscriptions are resold or provisioned on behalf of the manufacturer or platform provider, and remain subject to that provider's terms, warranty, and support policies.
• Ongoing managed services, where provided, are governed by our Service Agreement (MSA & SLA).
• Our liability is limited as set out in the Service Terms, and services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

By placing an order or authorizing work, you agree to the Service Terms and, where applicable, the Service Agreement.
