Office 365, straight answers

How does billing work?

Checkout covers your first year (annual commitment). Before each renewal we review your seats and plan fit with you, then invoice directly, so you never silently renew on the wrong plan. Prefer monthly billing? Just ask.

Do these plans include Microsoft Teams?

Yes, every plan on this page includes Microsoft Teams. One technical detail: for brand-new enterprise customers, Microsoft now delivers Office 365 as the suite plus a separate Teams license at the same combined price. We handle that during setup; nothing changes for you.

Can I cancel?

You have a 7-day window from provisioning to cancel with a pro-rated credit (Microsoft's rule for every reseller). After that, the subscription runs for the committed term. Not sure about headcount? Ask about monthly-commitment billing: it costs about 20% more, but you can cancel any month.

Can I add or remove users later?

Add users any time: new seats are prorated for the remainder of your term and renew together with the rest. Reducing seats or downgrading happens at renewal (Microsoft's rule), though seats you just added can still be returned within their 7-day window. We review your seat count with you before every renewal, so you're never paying for empty seats.

We already use Gmail / another provider. Can you migrate us?

Yes. Mailbox and file migration (Google Workspace, another Microsoft tenant, or on-prem servers) is our most common add-on, priced per mailbox and quoted up front, so there are no surprises. We plan the cutover so mail keeps flowing and your team keeps working. Mention it when we contact you and we'll build it into your onboarding plan.

We already have Office 365. Why buy through Zconnect?

It's simply a better deal: you pay less than Microsoft's published price and get an engineer who knows your setup instead of a call center. We can take over your existing subscription at renewal time with no disruption, right-size your seats, and manage every renewal after that. Ask us about switching.

What about ongoing support after setup?

Every purchase includes 30 days of setup-question support. For ongoing help (user adds and removals, tenant troubleshooting, security alert review, license reviews, handled through your designated contacts), add tenant administration & support from the option above the Buy button, or any time later. Priced per user per year; project work like migrations is always quoted separately, and we tell you before anything billable begins.

Is my Microsoft 365 data backed up?

Not by Microsoft. They run the service, but protecting your data against accidental deletion, ransomware, and account compromise is your responsibility, per their own terms. We offer managed Microsoft 365 backup as a separate service and recommend it for every business tenant.

Not sure which plan, or how many seats?

Tell us your team size and how you work. We'll recommend the right plan mix, flag nonprofit or education pricing if you qualify, and quote it. Free, no obligation.
